The spring card

It’s customary for the menu at Les Deux Magots to change with each new season.

Our pleasure is to offer you a cuisine based on the products of the moment and the recipes that we traditionally like to prepare at this time of the year.

Our new spring menu is in keeping with this spirit. Some proposals among others:

For starters, you will find one of the season’s star products: white asparagus with a creamy, tangy dressing and fresh chives. If you are in the mood for freshness, you may be tempted by the Avocado Tartar, pink Madagascar shrimp, fine coriander jelly, lemon cream.

Blanquette de veau is one of the must-have dishes on our menu in autumn and winter. This season we wanted to make a “primavera” version, with snow peas, peas, and of course the traditional blanquette sauce. On the sea side, we recommend the Salmon Bömlo, leek fondue, beurre blanc.

And for dessert, why not try our Melba strawberries or raspberries, which are back on the menu in the summer?
