Sometimes free and twirling like the smoke of a hot chocolate, sometimes soft and sweet like a pastry, jazz is made for the Deux Magots !
The sixth season of our musical rendez-vous, Jazz Thursdays, is in full swing, and will be available until May 25, every Thursday from 7:30 to 10:30 pm.
The trio of artists at the helm is different each week, but the pleasure is the same: a cocktail of swing, timeless standards from the Great American Songbook, sometimes French songs that we like to hum, a touch of bossa nova or blues, depending on the inspiration of the artists.

Thursday, May 4th at 7:30 pm : Gianluca Figliola Trio : Guitar, double bass, drums
Thursday, May 11 at 7:30 p.m.: Chiara Viola Trio: vocals, guitar, double bass
Thursday, May 18 at 7:30 p.m.: Manu Leprince Trio: vocals, keyboard, double bass
Thursday, May 25 at 7:30 p.m.: Tommy Sancton Trio: Clarinet, guitar, double bass
Jazz is part of the soul of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and we look forward to welcoming you to discover or rediscover the magic of this music in the historic venue of Les Deux Magots.

The season will end the 25th of May to come back in september. During that time, Jazz will continue to live at the Deux Magots in a different way : the come back of the Summer Jazz, with performances every two mondays at 6:30pm. This time, the artists will perform on the terrace, so that you can enjoy the long and warm summer days with music.
