Les Deux Magots is closed temporarily
Les Deux Magots closes its doors from Sunday January 5 at 10:00 pm to Monday March 10, 2025 at noon. We know we’re going to miss you, but we’re going to keep smiling, because this closure will allow us to give ourselves a facelift!
We’ll be taking advantage of the opportunity to refurbish the kitchens and pantry (the area adjoining the dining room where coffee and drinks are prepared), as well as renovating our two verandas.
You’ll then find the Les Deux Magots you love, with its terraces and historic dining room. We’ll also be offering a new boutique area to take advantage of our range of souvenir gifts (tableware, writing objects…).
The renovation and planting of the Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés should also be completed in March. We look forward to welcoming you in spring to a brand-new setting that will do justice to the timeless charm of our neighborhood.
Let’s make the most of the holiday season and the days leading up to it. We already know that we’ll be looking forward to seeing you on March 10 for a reopening full of surprises.
We also invite you to discover or rediscover our new Comptoirs Les Deux Magots boutique, located just a few steps from our café at 2 rue de Buci. This gourmet boutique focuses on homemade, seasonal recipes and local produce, and will of course be open this winter! With seating for 14 in the dining room and a few tables on the terrace, you can enjoy lunch or a snack on site, or take your order home to enjoy in the streets of the Left Bank.
To discover: Baguettes Création sandwiches, generous and made-to-order, Mini Carrés to pick at, financiers and other sweet treats, and of course hot and cold drinks. The menu also includes our iconic tarte tatin and old-fashioned hot chocolate.
