Nestled on the Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés, our terraces invite you to savor the fine weather and the Parisian art of living. At this time of year, there’s nothing like ice creams and sorbets to make the most of the season.

La coupe des Lauréats: named in a nod to the Prix des Deux Magots and its award-winning authors, this cup combines three sorbets (pear, blackcurrant, raspberry), a red-fruit coulis and generous whipped cream. A whirlwind of freshness guaranteed!

Café ou chocolat Liégeois: coffee and chocolate are inseparable flavors in our House of hot drinks. They’re also found in a summer version in this perfect alliance of coffee or chocolate ice cream, coffee or chocolate frappé, and whipped cream to top it all off.

Strawberry or Raspberry Melba: a delicious combination of vanilla ice cream, raspberries or strawberries and creamy whipped cream.

Délice Fruits rouges: vanilla ice cream, a farandole of fresh red fruits, raspberry coulis and light whipped cream… Délice Fruits rouges lives up to its name.

And there’s a great new feature: the Coupe St-Germain! Let yourself be tempted by this suggestion of the moment, whose name evokes our neighborhood: a delicate marriage of elderflower sorbet, fresh fruit salad, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and whipped cream.

Philippe Faur ice creams and sorbets: a gustatory journey

This year, we are continuing our collaboration with ice-cream maker Philippe Faur for our ice creams and sorbets. At the heart of his artisanal approach: an absolute demand for quality ingredients, and a production process that allows time to take its course. The air and water of the Ariège mountains, as well as whole French milk, are also essential to his method. His philosophy and talent have earned him prestigious industry awards, including “Champion of Europe for Frozen Desserts” and “Best Ice Cream Maker in France”.

The ice cream flavors we are currently offering are strawberry, raspberry, pistachio, coffee, chocolate and vanilla. As for sorbets, you can melt for the freshness of mango, pear, lemon, lychee, blackcurrant and elderflower.
