Cheese & Wine Week 2024
From November 4 to 17, Les Deux Magots is taking part in Cheese & Wine Week 2024, an epicurean event we’ve partnered for the past four years.
As its name suggests, this gourmet fortnight brings together restaurants, bistros, cheesemongers and wine merchants for tastings based on an irresistible and convivial French gastronomic duo: wine and cheese.
To mark the occasion, Les Deux Magots is offering three specialities in which cheese takes pride of place:
– Whole onion confit, Comté and Emmental cream, beef jus, garlic croutons. Les Deux Magots revisits onion soup, an emblem of comfort food.
– Croque-Monsieur Landais with shredded duck and green salad (also available as Croque-Madame). Another classic revisited, this time in the French snacking style, where the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the cheese mingles with the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the shredded duck.

– Tasting platter of mature cheeses from our regions (Cabecou, Camembert, Comté, Fourme d’Ambert, Saint-Nectaire). The pure pleasure of good products, a diversity of terroirs for a diversity of tastes.
Savoy wines are official partners of the event, and as such we’re offering a Chignin Bergeron AOP white wine, Fleur de Roussanne. Of course, our regular wine list is also available, so don’t hesitate to ask our waiters for advice on the most harmonious food and wine pairings.
